"Extreme" version of the Xiaomi Mi 5 with overclocked Cpu, Gpu and Ram.

The xiaomi mi5 was xiaomi's answer to a flagship phone in 2016. The device packed pretty powerful specs inside including  Snapdragon 820, 3 gigs of Ram and an Adreno 530 Gpu. However an online retailer in China refused to accept the phone as it was and improved it. He is currently selling the phone in china for 1999 Yuan which translates to around roughly
$300.

The Chinese seller "GOME" is selling the mi5 with the following modifications:
  • Cpu overclocked from 1.6GHz to 2.15GHz
  • Gpu overclocked from 510MHz to 624MHz
  • RAM overclocked from 1333MHz to 1866Mhz
The phone comes in White, Black, Gold and light Purple and should feel noticeably snappier and more warmer. The battery is still the same though at 3,000mAh, so no bump up in the battery department. Although the performance may be snappier , the battery life will sure take a hit.
